I ordered a few items, mostly okay but the UV wand is faulty and no one at pacamask responds to the emails. The customer service is an absolute joke. Buy elsewhere as you'll be disappointed with Pacamask

Masks didn't arrive despite paying for next day delivery. Customer service responded very quickly to explain what had happened and I've received a partial refund of postage costs. Good to get some great customer service!
Masks are excellent quality.

well made, comfortable and secure. Fit all members of the family as adjustable on the ears and soft to wear. As a nurse I was impressed with the fit and quality of a non medical mask. My autistic grandson will wear them too so that's a bonus

Placed an order with pacamask recently having ordered from them at the start of Covid. The masks were very good quality so I was happy to order again.

When my order arrived, the sizing was different from the previous order, so the adult sized masks were way too big for me. I emailed to ask if I could swap for a smaller size, customer services sorted this out no problem, I actually received the new, smaller masks before I’d even had chance to send the old ones back!!

Great product & great service.

These are good masks - the fact that the material's stretchy and there are adjustable earloops means you can get a close fit. In a perfect world there would be his n' her sizing - I find them a little large and they can ride up because of it. I find the hard sell a bit disconcerting as well..not really into 'secret sales.' But the basic product is good, I would recommend.

While I am happy with the mask, I cannot see how you justify charging £3 for shipping, and sending it by 2st class mail, a letter which was weighing just 50g, at the very least you could send it by 1st class, as it took 5 days to arrive. You also give a Track Your Shipment number, but when you go to check it, Royal Mail say, "Tracking information is not available for this service".

I have placed several orders with Pacamask since Lockdown 1.0. I had an early out of stock situation which was swiftly resolved. The masks are a great fit & of great quality. As mentioned I’ve placed a few orders with them as the lockdowns persisted & new items became available be they different designs of masks, cases, strings, sprays or keys. I’ve tried many masks & always come back to Pacamask

Very well made masks that are really comfortable to wear and easily adjustable so they stay put. They are very reasonably priced and there is an excellent selection of patterned fabrics to suit everyone, so I kitted out the whole family. We also love the cases, so much more hygienic than keeping them loose in your pocket or bag. The UV wand we also purchased is a great idea. The family use it all the time for keys, phones, remotes etc.

I tried various masks in the early days but once I found these there was no comparison! They are absolutely the best. Comfortable, well fitting and lovely soft fabric. Additionally a great selection of designs and they wash well. I have built up a stock for my husband and I and also bought them for my grandchildren. Highly recommend them and well worth the cost to feel safer.

Love these masks! I brought 12 in total. Different patterns are lovely and always getting compliments. I do find the fit varies on some of them but I don’t find them uncomfortable to wear and very little gapping. They are robust as some have been washed a lot and have not lost shape or colour. I hope they bring out some more spring colours soon.

Did lots of research before choosing this company. Ticked absolutely every box and the website was easy to use and understand unlike some others. Recommended them to a colleague who has already used them too. Super quick delivery and high quality. You’re biggest issue will be deciding which style / design as there such a great choice and the quality is already taken care of. I’ll be back for more. Highly recommend to everyone!

I'd previously bought masks which were poor quality so I had asked quite a few questions to the customer service team and they were fantastic.

I bought a large pack of masks through the offer they had and I couldn't be happier with my order. Great styles to choose from and they make a great change to the masks I was using before.

I have used face covering from Pacamask since day one and find the company and the product good. I have noticed recently the masks seem a touch on the tight side, is this is due to being washed? This is not enough to discontinue my using Pacamask as the the company is always prompt to respond; have you tried using the wand recently. Kevin Keeley

Way back at the start of this pandemic i have worn a Pacamask & i have continued to do so & now have a selection of plain & designer. If they weren't right or comfortable or feel effective then i would have changed as i am in that very vulnerable group.
This speaks for itself - they are a superb, well made product not to mention the cases or the excellent customer service - what more can i say & see title David

Had a few masks at various times some very good discounts available. Material soft and comfortable to wear, adjustable ear elastic makes them suitable for any one. Wash really well and so good that they can be washed 50 times. Love these masks have a few at the moment but will order more when needed. Were delivered super quick no complaints from me.
